To the DragoTV family — we fight for our customers to access their service no matter what, and for as long as you like. These changes are how we keep that promise.
Why are we changing payments?
If you’ve been an IPTV customer for a while, on any platform, you may have noticed companies unable to accept payments from time to time. Big credit card companies don’t like IPTV — never have. It can’t be stopped, so they try to cease payments on the sites.
Even worse, some bad actors buy plans from competitors en masse and file chargebacks repeatedly, hoping to force those competitors to close. It has happened to many quality sites — virtually none of which exist today. They stopped fighting and shut down, unable to accept funds.
That is not how we run our service. We’ve worked through many payment processors over the past year, and after being targeted by these mass-chargeback schemes, we’ve decided to change the fight.
Two new ways to pay
Crypto has been around since 2015, but only recently has it become as easy as scanning a QR code and paying with Cash App, Coinbase, Robinhood or another wallet. We’re introducing two ways to pay — neither of which can be stopped, or even tracked.
Bitcoin via BTCPay
Already use Cash App, Coinbase, Robinhood or another crypto wallet? Paying is simple:
- 1Open your DragoTV invoice.
- 2Choose Bitcoin.
- 3Scan the QR code or tap the payment link.
- 4Confirm the payment in your app.
The invoice auto-detects your payment and updates your account.
Card-to-crypto via PayRam
Don’t want to manage Bitcoin yourself? Pay with familiar methods:
- 1Open your DragoTV invoice.
- 2Choose the card payment option.
- 3Pay with your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
The provider may verify your phone, email or identity as part of standard compliance. DragoTV never receives your card details or ID documents — we see none of it, and they see none of what you buy.
Top up & let it renew itself
You can now keep up to $500 in your DragoTV balance, and future invoices pay themselves automatically from it. That means:
- No remembering renewal dates.
- No scrambling to make a payment.
- No interruption because a card processor changed.
Load your balance once in a while and let DragoTV handle the rest.
Account balance
Add funds to your DragoTV balance when it is convenient. Future invoices can then pay themselves from that balance automatically.

The goal is simple: make paying for DragoTV more reliable, more convenient and less dependent on traditional processors. Thousands of people already use apps like Cash App, Coinbase and Robinhood, and these options are easier than most people expect.
Open your invoice and choose the payment option that works best for you. If you prefer fewer manual renewals, add funds to your balance and let future invoices draw from it automatically.
